" I first trained with Ryan years ago at a fitness club. We lost touch over the years, and then during the pandemic Ryan reached out and offered virtual training sessions with minimal equipment. To my surprise, the exercises were challenging, fun, and extremely effective at simulating gym equipment. More recently I’ve been able to work with Ryan at a local gym, but when necessary Ryan is flexible with mixing virtual training sessions. Regardless of the location, each workout is motivating and encourages me to push to my limit to improve my fitness level.
