Training by Ryan
Ryan has been a fitness trainer for over 22 years. He has worked and helped achieve goals for many clients from fat loss, muscle gain, post injury recovery, senior fitness and general conditioning. He has had the pleasure of helping many clients over the years. Having worked in a gym setting for most of his career he saw the need to get creative to help clients stay in shape during the pandemic with gyms closed. In doing so he decided he could and did help many clients stay in shape at home with minimal equipment. Ryan had used long loop bands in the past but realized the great potential of their ability to make it possible to keep the muscles strong and just as fit as in the gym without other equipment. In doing so he expanded his training to include virtual as well as in person training at home, the gym or even at the park making fitness training available anywhere to be able to help more clients.

Ryan has over 22 years of experience and has a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly Pomona, has these certifications: NASM CPT, ACE CPT, FMS Level 1 and is a certified Spartan SGX coach. His experience is vast to help with client’s goals and can help with nutrition to optimize results. He also offers flexibility to train clients virtually or in person and can train them with a minimal cost for equipment that doesn’t take up space or in a full gym setting, if that’s what the client wants. Most of all, Ryan has a true passion for helping others reach their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
