Training by Ryan
Ryan has been a fitness trainer for over 22 years. He has worked and helped achieve goals for many clients from fat loss, muscle gain, post injury recovery, senior fitness and general conditioning. He has had the pleasure of helping many clients over the years. Having worked in a gym setting for most of his career he saw the need to get creative to help clients stay in shape during the pandemic with gyms closed. In doing so he decided he could and did help many clients stay in shape at home with minimal equipment. Ryan had used long loop bands in the past but realized the great potential of their ability to make it possible to keep the muscles strong and just as fit as in the gym without other equipment. In doing so he expanded his training to include virtual as well as in person training at home, the gym or even at the park making fitness training available anywhere to be able to help more clients.
